Frequently Asked Questions
- For new styles, how long dow it take for barcode numbers to appear on the UKD website?
Our Unix system generates the barcode numbers as soon as the order is processed which is usually within about 7 days from the order being sent. Any queries on the order will hold up the processing, therefore it is your interests to ensure any queries are dealt with quickly
- The style ordered is an updated version and has a different style name, but the website still shows the name of the old style?
This means we still have stocks or orders outstanding of the old design to sell first. Please ensure that ONLY the new name is quoted on the labels etc
- Not all of the shoe sizes are listed on the website?
There could be 2 reasons for this... 1. If the style has been ordered in a new size range to a previous order, it may take a while for the new sizes to appear on the website 2. Some styles with a lot of sizes have to be given a different number on our system. If this is the case try to add a plus sign '+' to the end of the style number to reveal the larger sizes
- Your style number has an X, Y or Z on the end, but this doesn't appear on the website?
The suffixes X, Y or Z indicate an update in the styling, or a different manufacturer and is simply a visible way for us to check which is the latest stock in our warehouse. The barcode numbers will always be as before, but please ensure that the suffix requested (X, Y or Z) is printed on the labels for the order it was requested
- The details for cartons are not on the website
Our system uses an asterisk to identify items packed in cartons, therefore please add a * onto the end of the style number - Eg.,M275Q*
