Policy regarding the use of UKD copyrighted imagesDue to the increase in Internet Sales, it has now become necessary for UKD’s verbal policy on use of our product images to be put into a written contract. This will help UKD maintain the integrity of brands stocked and safeguard our intellectual and property rights, which will be to the benefit of all long-term CustomersTerms of use policy for UKD copyright images & UKD products held out for sale on the Internet:- A Customer displaying our product images for sale on the Internet must hold stock of at least 3 of the sizes of each article being held out for sale
- The Customer takes full responsibility in ensuring that the product images are correct for the article being sold
- UKD will not be held responsible for any charges incurred whatsoever in the event of a fault in the product or return of any kind from the Customers’ Customer (our contract is with you and not your Customer). We advise that all goods are thoroughly checked before sending out to your Customer
