Policy regarding the use of UKD copyrighted images:-  By using our images on the Internet, you are agreeing to our 'Terms of Use' policy outlined below 'Terms of Use' policy for UKD copyright images & UKD products held out for sale on the Internet: A customer displaying our product images for sale on the Internet must hold stock of and have purchased within the previous 6 months, at least 4 of the sizes of each article being held out for sale, therefore the initial order must be minimum 4 pairs per article to enable to display on a website All stock and sizes displayed on customers website/eBay/Amazon must be carried in stock The customer takes full responsibility in ensuring that the images used are correct for the article being sold. UKD reserve the right to alter the styling of any product at any time UKD will NOT be held responsible for any charges incurred whatsoever in the event of a return of any kind from the customer’s customer (our contract is with you and not your customer) including a fault in the product UKD reserve the right to see their brands and lines stocked at site, to gauge stock backing of brand, at any time to suit both parties. This will enable us to ensure UKD brands are being represented with integrity Any prospective Internet/ebay new customer must show integrity of stock backing by initial order of £1500, and must already have substantial internet presence CONDITIONS SPECIFIC TO EBAY & ALL COUNTRY VARIATIONS OF EBAY Delivery Service from UKD CUSTOMER to MEMBER OF PUBLIC must fall within 5 days maximum Detailed Seller Rating (DSR) for dispatch time must be 4.8 or above – nothing less is acceptable Sell through rate must reach at least 30% Businesses with multiple eBay seller accounts can only list one article under one seller account UKD reserve the right to regulate their own brands through eBay’s “vero” program
